Mortgage Bankruptcy Reform Returns

According to a recent Wall Street Journal Article, Barney Frank threatened to bring back bankruptcy legislation that would allow bankruptcy judges to change the terms of troubled loans if lenders don’t do more to help troubled homeowners.
